NCA - Coach Education Programme Coach Accreditation Course Level -1
Date: November 2008, from 8th to 11th Cricket Canada, is proud to conduct the Level - 1 Coach Accreditation Course this fall 2008. This course is approved and designed by the Asian Cricket Council, and delivered jointly by Cricket Canada, NCA and ACC. This 4-day course will be initially launched and conducted in Toronto, and will cover a Range of topics including Fundamentals of basic Cricket Skills, with theory and practicals, Fundamentals of Bio Mechanics in Cricket, Coaching Philosophy, Ethics and Nutrition. Candidates will be provided with a workbook, coaching manual, development Coach CD-ROM and other valuable handout material. Lunch and refreshments will be served during the Course. The primary target candidates for the new CCA/ACC Level-1 Coach Certification are individuals that are actively coaching Cricket, planning to be involved in coaching Junior & Intermediate Cricket, and have a playing knowledge of the game and the laws of Cricket.
